Bring your own architect or choose one we recommend. They prepare the drawings. We build, and can look after the conversations between everyone if you would like less to organise.
With your agreement, we can speak on your behalf, follow up questions and help you understand what the choices mean for the build and your budget. You stay informed and approve the decisions.

Our team has delivered London residential projects for more than a decade across extensions, lofts, kitchens, bathrooms, and full renovations.
Who keeps me informed during the work?
Your named project lead coordinates the work and updates you each week. They explain what happens next, talk through decisions with you and help resolve any concerns you raise.
Are you insured for residential construction projects?
Insurance cover up to £10 million. Ask for current certificates and the cover applicable to your project. Our workmanship guarantee covers structural work, extensions and loft conversions for 10 years, bathroom and kitchen installations for 2 years, and decoration for 1 year. Item breakages are excluded from our workmanship guarantee and fall under the manufacturers’ own guarantees.
